Approx. word count: 3000 – 6000 words/week

  • Multi-page website build or overhaul (depending on the website, additional weeks may be added)
  • Several blog posts/articles (3 – 4 at 800 – 1000 words each)

    Refund Policy

    We take pride in delivering high-quality copywriting services tailored to your business needs. All work is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

    Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

    • Refunds are not automatically provided for a change of mind.
    • Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (such as a refund, repair, or replacement) only if the service has a major problem, such as:
      • It is not delivered with due care and skill
      • It does not match what was agreed upon in writing

    Project Changes & Feedback

    To ensure you are satisfied with the work:

    • You must notify me of any concerns or required changes within two (2) business days of delivery.
    • Feedback received after this timeframe may be considered a new project and charged accordingly.

    Non-Refundable Circumstances

    • If you do not raise concerns within the two (2) business days, the project will be deemed approved and final.
    • Payments for retainers or booked hours are non-refundable once work has commenced.
    • Refunds will not be provided for delays or changes caused by you (e.g., late feedback, missing information).

    How to Request a Refund or Remedy

    If you believe there is a genuine issue with the service under ACL guidelines, please email info@writerightbaby.com and include:

    • Your name and business
    • The service purchased
    • The issue and supporting details
    • Any relevant documents or examples
